I am doing my dining room in a movie star/hollywood theme. I am doing it in black, golds, and whites. I have tan walls, and I am not painting any walls big time (small dining room) I may do like a top border possibly with some words.
My decorations for the walls are a film strip thing with pictures in it, and old movie posters.
Heres the problem:
I have a small round dining room table ( made out of wood, with wicker roping on the seats.)
I am trying to think of something cool to do with the table paint wise. I was thinking of painting it black with stars resembling the walk of fame thing.
Any ideas??
Captsnuf, that is a GREAT idea! The star lazy susan is a fantastic idea...as well as the painted on placemats in movie themes! I just might try that 
Sunny, thanks for your comment. I definitely will use red. My living room is black,gold and red, so my dining room is basically going to be the same colors since they are close to each other. I live in an apartment, so everything sort of runs together besides my room! I will most definitely send pictures.
