Where in the heck can you buy a Wicker Patio Table?

I have looked everywhere..I just want the cheap, plastic or wicker Patio Table and Chairs (w/removable legs) & chairs... I have looked everywhere - Target, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc. & I can't find them on any of their websites. Do you think if I go into the stores I might find them? Help! Having housewarming BBQ in June & I have nowhere for people to sit outside.

BTW...is it rude to ask guests to take of their shoes when they come in my house? LOL.

Also the larger pharmacy departments like cvs, walgreens, they have them. I got one at walgreens $8 for the table, and $5 for each chair. Go to those stores you will find them.

Also go find some cheap Patio Table and Chairs, or some iron furniture. You can look at yardsales. This is the time for yardsales. And it will be cheapest. People usually upgrade and you might actually find seating that might work for you.

No its not rude to ask guest to take of their shoes. Helps to have a place to put the shoes at the front door, like a shelf or something.

Best ways to lighten living rm & dining rm? I have black leather couches, black coffee table, dark hardwooods.?

Hi, I don't think I should have all dark stuff in the attached living room and dining room in my new condo... any creative people out there!

I still have to buy a dining room table with chairs, drapes/blinds for the patio door (in living room), pictures for the wall, throw cushions, maybe a rug for the dark hardwoods. What do I need to do to lighten up the room, painting not an option, the current walls are probably light... should I:

1) buy a glass dining room table with light chairs?
2) I may want a new coffee/end table, should I buy glass for those?
3) Light throw cushions? What should they match, the wall color?
4) I'll need drapes / vertical blinds for the living room balconey door... should those be lighter in color?

Or, should everything be dark? Is that even acceptable by today's decorating standards? I want people to come over and say WOW in a good way.

Any advice is appreciated.

I'd say work with the Patio Table and Chairs you have and spend your $ on other items. Decide on 1 or 2 accent colors you'd love to live with, then add drapes/curtains, rug, vases/knick knacks, lamps on end tables, throw pillows, floor lamps (try to get all your lamps at least 3-way so you have control over the amount of light in the room. Remember to add pattern and texture. If you live where it gets cold, have throws draped in the room. Most decorators say use either ceramic or glass accessories but they don't mix them - do try to get something that reflects light. Use mirrors in the room, as well as exciting wall art.

what is the best type of Wicker Patio Table?

i'm looking for Wicker Patio Table that isn't too pricey but also durable & weather resistant. i'll have it in michigan and will take it in when it snows, but i would like something that can stand up to rain.

Answer:

Treated Pine, Red Cedar and Polywood are really good choices in Wicker Patio Tables, and in my opinion, are the most common that will hold up for a long time. Polywood is the most expensive of the three that I mentioned but since Polywood furniture will never have to be stained/sealed during it's lifetime, it is definitely worth the money. Treated Pine and Red Cedar can stand up to the elements, too, but will need to be stained and sealed, or at least sealed, every year or so for Patio Table and Chairs they are great.
Of course, there is aluminum and other wood products, too, that are available in the mid-range, but I believe Treated Pine, Red Cedar and Polywood will stand the test of time.

Growing up i found myself spending a ton of time with my family in our backyard on the patio just talking with friends family and loved ones. Our white wicker furniture really took a beating over the years, we still have that furniture and im just now replacing it and getting new patio furniture for my family.  When shopping for a used or new Patio Table and Chairs keep in mind you get what you pay for so get the resin coated chairs and buy the nicer cushions you wont regret it.
